Telangana Premier League (TPL) 2016.
Telangana Premier League (TPL) cricket tournaments are soon coming up in Hyderabad on 23 February. The matches are telecast on 6TV from LB Stadium. The tournament timings are from 3:00 P.M to 11:00 P.M as two set of teams will be played each day. The entry is FREE for viewers. Overall in this mega tournament twelve franchise teams are competing. All teams will play fifteen match (day & night) as knock out format for eight days scheduled in four groups. The runner-up will be awarded 5 lakhs cash prize and the winner team will be awarded 10 lakhs cash prize with trophy.

Telangana Premier League (TPL) Franchise Cricket Teams

The main aim of TPL is to explore young talent(s) from rural areas and provide them a platform to prove their real talent and help them to represent in national and international events. In search of Telangana cricket talent this mega tournament is going to held. This will be similar to IPL Indian Premier League and T20 format, says TPL Chairman & President Manne Goverdan Reddy.
